Stevens Farm Shop is now pleased to able to offer a series of short courses in butchery.

All our courses are run by appointment only and can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

From wanting to know how to produce the perfect sausage to how to butcher a complete beef carcass.

You will be under the supervision and tutilage of our master butcher Norman Barnes who will guide you every step of the way to ensure you gain the maximum possible from your experience with us.
